Delivery is free for all web orders from Canada, the United States and France.

Return and exchange policy:

For online purchases only: If you are not completely satisfied, we will exchange or refund any unworn product with tags within 14 days from the order date.

Return or exchange procedure: You must first write to us for confirmation of the return: info@desloups.ca and we will help you with the procedure.
